Hubbell Incorporated to Create 100 New Jobs in Jackson County
July 1, 2016 – The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) announced that Hubbell Incorporated, an international manufacturer of quality electrical and electronic products for a broad range of non-residential and residential construction, industrial and utility applications, will create 100 new jobs in Jackson County.

Keysight to invest $13.9 million in Atlanta – Company to locate in Coda (formerly the High Performance Computing Center in Tech Square
July 12, 2016 - A California company has won a $100,000 InvestAtlanta Economic Opportunity Fund grant to bring 241 software engineering jobs to Technology Square in Midtown. InvestAtlanta worked with the Georgia Department of Economic Development and the Metro Atlanta Chamber to land the company.

July 19, 2016 – The Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD) announced that Top Gun Powder Coating & Architectural Coating, a leading provider of world class architectural finishes, will expand to create a total of 70 new jobs in Adairsville and Jasper.
