January Legislative Luncheon Report

Our January annual legislative luncheon, sponsored by Douglas Coffee County Chamber and Economic Development Authority,honored the Georgia General Assembly at the Georgia Freight Depot.GEDA members were under the Gold Dome on January 27 to meet with legislators and to receive House and Senate resolutions commending GEDA on our work to maintaina strong business climate, grow jobs, and attract and encourage investment in and for Georgia.

Special thanks to our Legislative Liaison Jim Finch and Public Policy Committee Chair NIki Knox Vanderslice for their efforts in keeping our members apprised of bills and their status throughout the 2015 Session.
